Salvador (8) has an obsession with Marcelino Pane e Vino, a very old Italian film about a orphan and his relationship with God. Salvador goes to school one morning where he is given lunch money by his mother who is always picking him up very late in the afternoon. A few hours later Salvador realizes that he has lost this money and faces the opportunity to steal a sandwich. The feeling of guilt rapidly emerges and Salvador begins running away from his own images of Gods wrath and fury.
